This non IC with a white powder-coat finish housing is AIR-TITE with a supplied gasket. For new construction housing, it prevents airflow between heated or air conditioned spaces and unconditioned attic areas. Socket for 120V GU10 halogen lamps. Fits 2" x 6" joist construction. From Halo lighting.
