The only choice you should make to meet a variety of lighting needs is this three-head energy-efficient LED fixed recessed kit from the lolite Multiple series by Nora Lighting your solution for a variety of interior lighting needs. The kit includes a dimmable downlight featuring 1000 lumen light output and a black and matte powder white finish trim with black flange as well as a trio of changeable optics suitable for various lighting needs. Its galvanized steel construction allows for direct contact with ceiling insulation with bar hangers that are parallel to the junction box, but you can reposition it 90 degrees perpendicular should the need arise.
