The colonial-style frame serves to highlight the exquisitely rendered glass silhouette of the Washington pendant light by Hudson Valley Lighting. The elaborate curves are formed by a skilled artisan working molten glass into a "paste mold" while an assistant turns it. With timing and precision between the two, this glass sculpture is pristinely created, both lithe and ornate. The interior candelabra features aged brass finish, simultaneously lending a visual weight counterpoint as well as contributing to the floating quality of this unique centerpiece.
